ABOUT ME
When I'm not immersed in running experiments or writing manuscripts, you'll often find me embracing the great outdoors. Whether it's enjoying a run along the breathtaking ocean, exploring the canyons on my bike, or indulging in a refreshing swim, I have always had a deep connection with sports. Swimming has been a lifelong passion, cultivated since my childhood. However, my journey into running is a more recent endeavor, sparked during my time in Nigeria back in 2011. Since then, I have conquered 16 marathons and even tackled an ultra marathon. Additionally, I have embraced the world of triathlons. In 2022, I proudly completed my first Ironman 70.3, marking an exciting milestone in my athletic pursuits.
In addition, I have a deep passion for exploring new destinations and immersing myself in diverse cultures. My work has taken me across five continents, including Europe, Africa, North and South America, and Asia, providing me with invaluable experiences and insights.
Alongside my explorations, I have nurtured a keen interest in technology, being self-taught in R Studio, Python, and web scraping. Consider me a tech enthusiast always eager to embrace new tools and advancements. On a lighter note, while I may not hold an official sommelier title, I do possess a genuine love for wine and enjoy expanding my knowledge in this fascinating realm. Just completed an ultra marathon with a running distance of 46.6 miles in the Grand Canyon - so called Rim2Rim2Rim. To be honest, it required more mental training than a physical one. And we did it! - 2021
